In 1993, Zamal arrived in Canada as a student. With his immense commitment, hard work and determination, he quickly established himself as a general manager of Richtree Market Restaurants, owned by Movenpick. After serving the company for over 12 years and making a meaningful impact in his workplace, Zamal felt that there were more prospective opportunities to challenge himself. In 2006, Zamal obtained his real estate license which further influenced his passion for home development and real estate. In 2007, Zamal established his first successful project, 27 Red Deer Ave. Soon after, he launched his home development company—Albion Building Consultant Inc. Today, Zamal and his team have established over 100 homes within Toronto and developed numerous long-lasting relationships with clients. He has been awarded the Platinum Producer 6 times in a row and in 2019, he was awarded the Top Producer. Zamal’s genuine care, a keen eye for design, market expertise and mastery in the art of negotiation, has truly contributed to his success.

In 1998, Farida arrived in Canada as an immigrant and initially, began her career as a customer service manager at Marche Restaurant, owned by Movenpick. After 14 years of dedicated service in the hospitality industry, she obtained her real estate license in 2009. Soon after, she joined her partner, Zamal Hossain, as the marketing and human resources director of Albion. Farida also serves as the in-house design consultant and facilitates major decisions for Albion.
Aside from her extensive dedication and contributions to real estate and home development, Farida is an avid contributor to her community. She was recognized by MPP Bill Blair as one of six, female change makers in the Scarborough Southwest community. She works relentlessly with a number of organizations within her cultural community and strives, to improve the quality of the Scarborough neighborhood.
